The parties acknowledge and agree that this authorization may be executed by electronic signature, which shall be considered as an original handwritten signature for all purposes of validity, enforceability, and shall have the same force and effect as an original signature. If you do not consent to your signature in electronic form, you can exit the application process and Octopus EV cannot accept and process your vehicle lease request.
